I have been without access to my camera system for a month because the original installation company was a joke. The other company said they would need to come out and make all kinds of changes and then finally just quit communicating at all. UpFront Technologies (Kevin was the tech) came out and fixed the whole system AND showed me additional features in less than 5 minutes. No joke. This company is legit. If you need help call them immediately.

Brian was so great to work with!  He was responsive, helpful, patient, and informative.  One of my favorite things about him was how concerned he was with the welfare of “his guys” and their working conditions.  You don’t see much of that in the world anymore and I thought that spoke volumes about his character and the company.  His guys were fantastic!! Brian is awesome.  I just moved to Siesta Key.  He returned my call and came out the next day.  He sized up the cable mess and did a fabulous job untangling the wiring and providing guidance on what i needed and my options.  Kevin and his team came out the following week and did the install and taught me how to use the new security system and the media system.  I am thrilled and highly recommend Upfront Technologies.
